Comments: Arnold Family (Nee: ) | MO | | Comments: This photo is of my husbands great-grandmother and her family. We have confirmation from my husbands grandfather that the woman on the far right is his mother, Eva Lena Arnold, who was born in Dallas County, MO in 1880. The man and woman who are seated, he has confirmed as his grandparents, George W. Arnold and Mary Jane Southard. The problem we are having is that even though the Arnolds were a large family, we cannot place the rest of the people in the photo exactly with Eva Lena's siblings. Eva Lena looks to be wearing a wedding ring and she married in April of 1899. Her youngest brother was born in 1892, so the boy seated is likely him. The photo was probably taken sometime close to her marriage date. The family lived in Dallas County, but the photo stamp on the back says, 'C. HAGEDORN, PHOTOGRAPHER, BUTLER, MO'
